The youngest lambs joined the bigger flock today. It was a chore getting their mother Holly to rejoin everyone, as she was quite content to stay apart with her lambs. Once there, though, she accepted her lot. The two little ones made the most of their newly-expanded horizons. Though there was a fair amount of visiting momma for a snack, there was also much dashing about... and gamboling... and frolicking... and just general high jinks. (That's the ewe lamb, showing off for her brother.) The boys call such maneuvers "mexican jumping beans," because the lambs often pop up from a dead standstill.
