PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Unless otherwise stated, the artwork is created from original photography, paintings or illustrations. Each print begins with a 10-colour pigment-based print with superb colour accuracy—printed to order on high-quality 230gsm (minimum) paper, using the best quality fade-resistant inks. Please note that the actual prints may look slightly different from what you see on the listing images because of your screen’s resolution. All mock-ups are for illustration only. DIGITAL ART We supply a high-quality printable digital image in JPG format, allowing you to print in different sizes according to your preferences so you can print it instantly. No physical products will be sent, and a frame is not included. We provide you with three JPG file sizes: A4 – 21.00 x 29.70 cm / 2480 x 3508 px / 300 dpi A3 – 29.70 x 42.00 cm / 3508 x 4960 px / 300 dpi A2 – 42.00 x 59.40 cm / 4960 x 7016 px / 300 dpi Please supply an email address, and we’ll email you the digital files as an attachment to download. Using high-quality art or photo-quality paper is recommended for the best results. PRINTS Prints of A4 or smaller are posted in hard-board-backed envelopes. Larger prints are sent in postage tubes. The choice of print sizes is: A5 – 14.8 x 21 cm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches A4 – 21 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches A3 – 29.7 x 42 cm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches FRAMED PRINTS Material: • Each frame is made using MDF moulding and fitted with a quality backboard. • All Frames come with expensive Styrene Protective sheets (which have the same clarity as glass) Moulding: • Width: 30mm • Depth: 15mm Hanging / Standing: • Our frames have hanging hooks and can be hung in portrait and landscape. • Frames sizes of 12 x 10 inches (30.5 x 25.4 cm) or smaller come with both back stand and hooks. Frames larger than 12 x 10 inches (30.5 x 25.4 cm) only have hanging hooks. The choice of frame sizes is: A4 frame size - 24.1 x 32.07 cm / picture size 21 x 29.7 cm A3 frame size - 32.07 x 45 cm / picture size 29.7 x 42 cm SHIPPING Depending on the product size, we send orders via Royal Mail or with the courier Evri-Hermes. Normal production times are approximately 2 to 3 working days, and all packages are delivered within 3 to 5 days. RETURNS We have a 30-day returns policy in place.
