His name, Riordáin, is Irish for “Royal bard” or “poet.” With his instrument he has the power to enchant any human who comes within earshot of his magical tones. However, being but a kind and gentle soul, he prefers to use his supernatural talent to entertain and touch the hearts of his listeners. He is far too humble to acknowledge his wide renown among the Fae folk for his musical eloquence. He is completely handmade, from his felt, pipe-and-feather-adorned hat to his wood and walnut shell instrument, down to his leather and wood shoes. His hand-dyed hair is obtained from a humane and sustainable source—Tucker, our playful little dog with extremely fast-growing fur. When he and his friends Enda and Turlough play together, their sessions are legendary. (Enda and Turlough are not included with Enda but are sold separately.) Riordáin measures 6.75" tall, 5.75" wide, and 3.5" deep. He is made of polymer clay, fabric, felt, leather, wood, walnut shell, feather, steel, aluminum, heat-set paint, and Tucker fur. Riordáin should be enjoyed indoors by adults. He is not a toy, and he has small parts that could be a choking hazard to young children.
