Feelings Journal For Kids Often children with autism have difficulty identifying their feelings and moods. Learning about their emotions through visual aids, writting and drawing can help them to regulate and recognise their emotions when they feel them. This journal not only helps one identify their feelings, it also documents them so they can reference them later. Both words and colored illustrations are used to help with emotions recognition.
