All of my Tutus have a non-roll elastic waistband to allow stretching up to 3-4" wide. All tutus are made in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. This BUNNY TUTU is made with yards and yards of beautiful pink and purple tulle, complete with a fluffy cotton tail! Request a different color if pink/purple is not preferred.
