To determine what tasks to delegate you need to create a list of the following: What are the tasks that are not important and not urgent? -You usually hire someone to do this. However, a VA can also do it. What are the important and not urgent tasks? -This you definitely delegate. What are the urgent but not important tasks? -If you can do this without crunching on your calendar then you can do it. What are the urgent and important tasks? -This should be your focus. Note: Administrative works, Social Media, Lead Generation are some of the important and not urgent part of the business. That doesn't mean you can leave them in the closet and forget about it. It might become the hole on your ship, the reason for it to sink. So why not delegate instead?
