Holy cow. This is so much better than I ever thought it would be! I'm drinking it now mixed with sparkling water and it's wonderful. Would be great with a bit of vodka as a cocktail. I used this citrus cordial recipe, flavoring it with a bunch of pineapple sage I grew over the summer and dried. It's a wonderful combination. I've got bags of chopped rhubarb in the freezer and am now on the hunt for an herb that will go nicely with it.
