Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle I have made this quite a few times on my keto journey and it doesn’t disappoint. 😋 RECIPE: • 1. In a bowl, mix together: • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella • 1 egg • 1 Tbsp almond flour • 1 Tbsp sugar free syrup *I use @choczero • 2. Add half of the mixture to a greased mini waffle maker *do not preheat. • 3. Cook 2-3 minutes and then remove. • 4. Immediately add a slice of American cheese to the chaffle so it can melt somewhat. • 5. Cook remaining chaffle mixture in the mini waffle maker for another 2-3 minutes. • 6. Cook one egg sunny side up in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. • 7. Add the egg to your sandwich along with a cooked sausage patty. 8. Drizzle on some more syrup if desired and top it with the 2nd chaffle. ChocZero
