There’s nothing better than having an already made meal at the end of a long work day that requires *no attention* for 10 hours. This is truly a “set it and forget it type of meal”🤩 I buy a grassfed chuck roast for my meat, and I usually do around 10 hours of cooking but you really just wanna cook it until the meat is falling apart. Longer is always better (just make sure the liquid doesn’t dry out!) You can honestly put any ingredients and spices in this you want! I don’t spice mine with anything except @redmondrealsalt at the end after cooking. Special shoutout to my momma who’s the OG queen of roasts and deserves all the credit for this recipe😉🤎
