This activity includes 31 game cards (each card shows 6 different interoceptive cues and emotions), 1 page of game instructions with tips for how to introduce interoceptive cues to children, and 5 worksheets to use for additional teach-back and reflection. This activity is downloadable in a PDF file format and will require a PDF reader or web browser to access and open.
