Replacing an earlier scanned slide with a better version 09-Dec-15. Originally built as a standard L100, this aircraft was delivered to Delta Air Lines in Sep-66 as N9258R. It was converted to L100-20 standard in Aug-70. In Nov-73 it was sold to PWA Pacific Western Airlines as CF-PWA. At the end of May-74 it officially became C-FPWA when Canada introduced the C-Gxxx registration series, however it remained unchanged on the aircraft. It was sold to Northwest Territorial Airways in Apr-81 and was destroyed when it caught fire while unloading gasoline in the Canadian High Arctic approx 320km/200miles east of Inuvik in Apr-82.
