Mix yeast with water and oil. Separately mix flour, salt and sugar. Mix dry with wet ingredients and mix. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, give it some humidity (with a wet kitchentowel). Form the baguettes. Let them rise for another 30 min. Preheat oven to 230°C (upper and lower heat). Brush your baguettes with a mixture of 1 tsp oil + 1 tsp water. Bake for 25 min.
