Meatloaf is a baked dish that contains ground beef and some sort of filler such as bread crumbs or oatmeal. It is often served with ketchup. Since many meatloaf recipes contain nitrates like onions or celery, it's possible for a meatloaf to appear slightly pink in the center even if it is cooked all the way.
