How i feel about cheat days🎂🧁🍔🍕 If you have to cheat on your partner, you aren’t in the right relationship hunayyy. Same with your diet and exercise regimen, If it is too intense and you need some kind of release from all the tension and hard work. IT’S TOXIC 🚩I used to watch those 10000-calorie challenges RELIGIOUSLY. Not because I genuinely like watching people eat copious amounts of food but because it was all the food I wanted to have but didn’t let myself. ➡️This would backfire of course because the more you think about food, the more you are likely to binge 🚩AKA plan a binge and call it a “cheat day”🚩 It wasn’t until I started to heal my relationship with food, my body, and my unhealthy attachment to constantly dieting that things started to change for the better. 💪🏼
