The Cob, as it's known, is a 6 metre high statue of a Gypsy Cob horse made out of small pieces of galvanised steel residing in the middle of the Belvedere roundabout. Scottish sculptor Andy Scott designed it in his studio and had it brought down to Belvedere in pieces where it was fitted on the 13th of February, 2011.
