10min · 9 servings ingredients: • 1/3 cup lemon juice • 2 tbsp lemon zest • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 1/4 tsp salt • 3/4 tsp baking powder • 1 cup all purpose flour • 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour • 3 tbsp oat milk • 5 tbsp avo oil • 1/3 c sugar in a large bowl, combine all the wet ingredients (lemon juice, zest, milk, oil, vanilla, and sugar). in a separate bowl, whisk the dry ingredients (flours, salt, baking powder, chia seeds—do not combine the chia seeds with the wet mixture separately from the dry!). mix the wet and dry ingredients together and let it rest for 10 minutes. scoop 2 tbsp-sized balls onto a tray and flatten into cookie shapes. bake @ 350°f 10 min, sprinkle with powdered sugar, & enjoy!! :) I hope you like this recipe!! remember to save it for later & tag me @
