10min · 4 servings Method: peel and cut the potatoes, boil into salt water for 30 minutes or until fully cooked. Once the potatoes are boiled drain and add them in a mixing bowl. Add salt, garlic powder, pepper and corn flour. Mash potatoes until everything is combined. Make small ball shapes, making sure there’s no crack in the balls. In a pan add oil on medium heat, once the oil is hot add potato balls, (do not overcrowd the pan / fry 5-6 balls at a time). Fry for 4-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
