After last week's challenging challenge, and as we ease into the Fall season, let's take a collective breath and create a monotangle. (Additional tangles are optional.) We begin with this string ~ IAST #164 by Adele Bruno, CZT It isn't really a string... It is just a border... This leaves so much room for creativity, doesn't it? It also rolls out the red carpet for the tangle we will be featuring - Maria Thomas' W2. Please begin your version(s) of W2 by placing the initial circles or squares wherever you please. Embellish W2 to your liking. Even though I mentioned that this is a monotangle, please add additional tangles if you want. When you do submit your tile, please list the names of any other tangles you may have used. I can't wait to see what you come up with! Here are the (Not so) Official Guidelines: * Challenges are posted on Tuesdays. *Use the string posted for the week and patterns that begin or contain the letter(s) indicated * Submit a photo of your tile saved as jpg or scan your tile (300 dpi or higher) and save as a jpg *Email your jpg file as an attachment to - [email protected] *Entries are to be submitted by Saturday evenings. *Photos and 'Best of Show' are posted on Mondays.
