**Update- created this as an editable file** Do you struggle finding special education caseload binder that fits for the needs of our Deaf/HOH children? Me too! I created a caseload binder for you to add information that fits your needs. It holds all the information I need access to daily on my Deaf /Hard of Hearing students. I refer to it daily when lesson planning, during meetings, and when I am surprised by a parent phone call/visit about a student. This binder is a great resource to have throughout the day and at home because you never know when you will be asked a question about a student, whether it is by another teacher, administrator, or parent. The data charts really help me keep assessment data up to date so I am always ready for IEP's and parent conferences without doing a bunch of prep work! The contents of this binder are as follows: Student’s information and hearing history Daily hearing aid check Daily cochlear implant check Interpreter information (optional) Related service team information Parent/teacher contact log Team member contact log Introduction to new concept/vocabulary Daily report for understanding IEP snapshot IEP Summary IEP at glance Student data sheet IEP goal progress IEP goal tracker IEP reading goal tracker Running record (100 words) Running record (50 words) Running record reading rate Vocabulary words bank Bridging words bank Meeting notes Birthdays Year at a glance Monthly calendar Lesson plan template.
