Through these four SEL mini lessons, students learn:  what resilience is,  how resilience can be learned,  about ACE scores and their impact on resilience,  about the internal and external factors that foster resilience, and  how to develop these factors within themselves by using specific strategies  when adversity comes their way. These ready-to-use, scripted mini lessons are perfect for small groups, lunch bunch, advisor-advisee meetings, or whenever time is limited. Multiple activities, strategies, and worksheets promote engagement and help students actively participate in learning about bouncing back from adversity!
