Use this writing project to help introduce your students to Biographies! My students loved reading biographies of other people-- so why not write their own about one of their peers? Perfect for a beginning of the year project, but I used it much later in the year and instead paired students up with peers they didn't interact with as much. 21 interview questions: To begin, have students interview each other using the template I have created. 2 planning pages: Included is a Paragraph Planning Page as well as a Rough Draft Page. 4 unique writing templates: This allows students as much creativity in their end product as possible. 1 grading rubric: This helps make the grading process much easier! This project can be completed in anywhere from 4 to 10 days-- depending on how much time can be dedicated to it each day! I hope you enjoy the project and I welcome any and all feedback on my product!
