Size of tag: 25mm 11mm silver or gold bone charm Each tag is hand stamped to order, so they all vary and will not be exactly as pictured or may have slight imperfections, but they will all be unique. Due to the nature of hand stamping sometimes it may be visible from the reverse. This is completely normal. Please double check all spelling and numbers, due to our tags being personalised we can NOT offer refunds. Please do NOT attach your dogs lead to the split ring provided, they are not designed to hold the pressure of your dog pulling and you will loose your tag. Each tag comes with a smaller ring attached to the tag and a larger ring to attach to your pets collar. You can also choose to add your phone number to the back of the tag - just in case your pet ever decides to take off on an adventure. Aluminium is a soft metal and will naturally scuff/scratch over time - these are not design faults and are considered natural ‘wear & tear’
