I have made this lovely cushion from a 1960s vintage embroidered linen sampler and an upcycled polycotton sheeting fabric. The front of the cushion has the poem: " 'mid pleasures and palaces though we may roam, Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home" in cross stitch with a cottage scene, floral flourishes and a simple cross stitch border. I made sage green cotton piping and the reverse side is a pretty, soft floral polycotton in co-ordinating colours. The cushion is sold filled. I can sell it unfilled if you prefer, msg me prior to purchase and I will adjust the shipping. Measures 35cm X 40cm. All fabric is as-new or in very good recycled condition. Please msg me with any questions…I’m happy to help! ** I always combine postage and refund any postage overcharge. I use recycled and recyclable packaging when available.
