75-day Soft is a less intense challenge than 75-day Hard designed by Andy Frisella from the Real AF podcast as a mental challenge to help you "take complete control of your life." Frisella explained in this podcast that the point of this challenge is to help you achieve confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, grit, perseverance, and resilience. With 75-day Soft the challenge rules are slightly modified from the original: 1. Eat well 2. One 45-minute workouts 3. One active recovery day 4. Alcohol only on special occasions 5. Drink one gallon of water 6. Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks don't count) There are zero compromises and substitutions, and you have until you go to sleep to complete this list.
