This is a button for a man to wear. The disconnect between seeing a man and reading he is really a female member of two groups frowned on by half the country makes it funny. The more masculine the man is, the funnier the button becomes. Yes, there is also a version for women! Since the button claims the wearer is Muslim-Mexican, a line at the bottom says in Spanish, "Praise Allah". The idea came to a friend of mine, and he made ten buttons to give to folks who wanted to cope. The one you see here is my design that I produce with his blessing. His button remains one of my cherished possessions, but mine is much more practical, as it attaches with magnets, not a pin. The button stays where you put it, and doesn't poke holes in clothes, so you can put it on as many times as you like without your fabric suffering any damage.
