Inspired by ancient Mapuche metalwork - the earliest forms made with silver coins from the Conquistadors. The traditional Upul earrings were made with a single piece of metal and one was often worn by the chief as a symbol of power. My updated version is similar in its bell-shape and lovely distressed finish but I'd say it's just a teeny bit more fashionable! Entirely sterling and just over 1". Excellent everyday earrings. Made of recycled sterling silver. See my shop for the gold-toned brass version. 💕 Instagram: @mysunsetroad - (follow for latest updates and promotions!)
