It's a fairly good summary of the Bible. Reading the Bible of course is important and is far more accurate, but this version presents everything in a chronological, story format. Miller puts everything together, so you see the Psalms of David in their context, for example, instead of all compiled in the Book of Psalms. Easy to read. I've decided to re-read it now. 2) Ted Miller takes the bible and presents the various books and gospels in chronological order. Thus the bible is translated into a version that is easy to read and easy to follow. 3) First read this book in 1987. Absolutely wonderful at explaining the bible in novel form and in chronological order. Wish it came in audio form and wish they would also do a reprint. We need this in the world now!!
