We source these cinnamon sticks directly from the Sri Lankan farms where they are harvested. They have a potent flavor bursting with sweetness and notes of ripe fruit. They can be easily broken up with your fingers or ground in a mill or microplane. They are hand selected and are the highest grade of cinnamon sticks in the world. Only the inner part of the bark is used leaving you with a paper like layers that are rolled into a stick. Ceylon sticks are graded based on quality and the tightness of the quills, we only carry the highest grade, Alba.
