We will do ALL personalisation for you, no need to handle those tricky templates, just let us know your requirements and we will do the rest. MATERIALS We use PREMIUM heavy weight linen card for all our Order of Service. The textured surface of the card gives a luxurious feel and allows a great surface for the ink colours to pop out. PERSONALISATION We will create your Order of Service to suit your service. No matter what type of service, be it a Celebration Of Life, a religious church service or a crematorium service, we will ensure your Order of Service is created to suit you. All we need you to do is send us your loved ones photo and your service information (please include exact wording you would like). You can email us with all your information to hello [!at] ottie.co.uk or message us on here. If you have ordered a sample only, this will be a non-personalised Order of Service. SIZE Each Order of Service program is A5 in size which is an A4 folded in half. NUMBER OF PAGES The Order of Service includes a front page, two internal sides, and a back cover. *If you want additional pages, please drop us a message to discuss. QUANTITY Our minimum order is 20, however if you would like a specific quantity or your numbers fit between the quantities of Order Of Service, just drop us a message so we can accommodate. HOW TO ORDER 1. Select your required quantity (message us beforehand if you require a specific quantity not offered in the drop down selection) 2. Once you have placed your order, email us with your photo and your service details (if you can send this to us in Word or Pages format for the service details) 3. We will create a proof for you to confirm, which will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receiving your requirements 4. Once you are happy with the proof, we will print and send your Order of Service off to you the same working day/or the following working day *If you have ordered a sample, this will be a non-personalised Order of Service which will be sent off to you the same working day as you order by 1st class. DELIVERY We offer FREE UK DELIVERY. If you need this posted Internationally or Express delivery, please drop us a message before ordering.
