When everything seems pointless, overwhelming, and unpleasant - I sometimes just go to bed. It often feels this way if I'm not sleeping or eating as well as I should. Yes, it's sometimes a luxury. There are times when we can't sleep or eat like we want. However, I do try to keep in mind that my best decisions aren't made when I'm frazzled. If at all possible, I wait until I'm rested. This usually makes life seem more colorful and fun. I'm concerned that some people are so stuck in the cycle of exhaustion that they've forgotten there's anything else. I know it's not always easy to just "get more sleep." However, I believe a solution exists for everyone to at least improve their situation. Let me know what works for you!
