If you love Hot Cross Buns than this is the perfect dessert for Easter! It’s so easy to make with only a few ingredients and will be a crowd favourite! You’ll need: 6 Hot cross buns 350ml Custard 180mL Milk - I’ve used almond milk Dash of vanilla, cinnamon and pinch of salt Tips: 1. Make sure to use a deep dish so it doesn’t overflow in the oven 2. Allow the buns to soak for an hour before cooking 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly and serve straight away!
