A curiosity: Around the summer solstice (December in the south hemisphere) the Sun can be seen setting on some parts of the Atlantic coast of Argentina. This is because the Sun is setting at its southernmost position (about 120 degrees) so if you have a small bay looking to the southeast you can see the Sun setting on the ocean even on an eastern coastal area. On these few days you can see sunrise at sunset on the Ocean at the same day from the same location.
