2hr · 10 servings Ingredients: • 1 shallot, minced • 3 tbsp crushed red pepper • 4 heads of garlic, cloves peeled • Olive Oil (to cover) Instructions: • Add your minced shallot, crushed red pepper, and garlic to an oven-safe dish. • Pour olive oil on top until the garlic is fully submerged (mine took about 2 cups, but it depends on what dish you use) • Preheat your smoker (or you can use the oven too!) to 200°F and let cook for about 2 hours (or longer if you want!)
