1hr · 10 servings Ingredients: • 2 cartons of raspberries (about 12 ounces) • 4 Tbsp of honey • 2 cups of coconut milk • 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pint blue berries Equipment: • Blender • 10-piece Popsicle Mold • Funnel (if you have one; if not, it's OK) Popsicle Sticks Directions: • Blend raspberries and 2 Tbsp honey until smooth. • Divide raspberry puree into Popsicle molds. Cover and place in freezer for 45 minutes. • Add 4-5 blueberries to each Popsicle (or more if desired). • Combine coconut milk, 2 Tbsp honey and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into each Popsicle until filled. • Add Popsicle sticks and cover. • Freeze overnight.
