INGREDIENTS 1lb Mighty Spark’s Ground Bruschetta Chicken 1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells, cooked al dente 4 cups Spinach 12 oz Ricotta 1 cup Mozzarella ½ cup Parmesan, freshly shredded preferred 1 large Egg 1 Jar Marinara of choice Salt & Pepper to preference Oil of choice INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350* Begin by browning Mighty Spark’s Ground Bruschetta Chicken in a lightly oiled pan, keeping the crumbles fairly small. Once the chicken is cooked, add the spinach and stir until slightly wilted. Remove mixture from the pan and place onto a paper towel lined plate to cool before next step In large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and spinach with the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg. You may add your salt and pepper here, if desired In your baking dish, cover the bottom 1” with marinara sauce. Then, carefully, scoop a generous amount of stuffing mix into the large pasta shells and place into the dish Cover the dish and bake for 25 minutes.
