Join us at Daydream Surf Shop on Friday, August 30th for our first ever Surfboard Sustainability Symposium from 7-10pm with our friends from the Sustainable Surf organization. We'll be highlighting the new developments in alternative materials that offer more sustainable ways to build surfboards. Come enjoy a panel discussion, short films, a Q&A, free refreshments, and dinner (Hawaiian plate lunch available for purchase) from the Costa Mesa Dinner Club. We'll also have a line up of eco-boards for folks to take home to demo for the weekend from Bosiny, Verdure, Funner, Donald Brink, Timmy Patterson, an agave Daniel Jones as well as a chambered agave Andreini bonzer and a surfboard from Locus for display. Get your tickets at pre-sale for $10 or $15 at the door if tickets are still available the day of the event. For every ticket sold, we'll be donating one mangrove planting to the Sea Trees organization.
