Mushroom & Black Lentil Tacos w/ Spicy Papaya Cashew Sauce Check the vibes. I am back home after spending a little time in Costa Rica, but that don’t mean I can’t bring the vibes home. We ate so much papaya, and I was blessed to pick some fresh from the tree. This is an easy sauce to make and can go with many dishes, including these mushroom & black lentil tacos. Papaya is good for your gut, so I decided not to cook the sauce, but to heat it a little by blending longer.
