Une démarche de transformation des organisations comporte deux dimensions : le design organisationnel d’une part, la conduite du changement d’autre part. Pour synthétiser et en schématisant, on peut dire que le design organisationnel se préoccupe du « hard » et du contenu de la transformation alors que la conduite du changement est, elle, centrée sur le « soft » et concerne son processus.
