1hr 30min · 20 servings Ingredients: • 500 g of hard (strong) flour • 500 g of normal (soft) white flour • 9 egg yolks • 100 g of fresh yeast • 10 g of salt • 3 ts of sugar (+3 ts of sugar for yeast) • 20 g of vanilla sugar • 4,5 dl of milk • 1 ts of rum • 2 drops of vanilla extract • 120 g of oil • jam • dusting sugar • oil for frying First warm the milk. Then mix both flours with the salt, add the yeast, 3 spoons of sugar, 0.5 dl of milk, and sprinkle with the flour. In a separate bowl mix the egg yolks and sugar.
