Feta & Pistachio Phyllo Bites ❤️ they are so good + easy to make! These yield 12 bites! These were inspired by the rolled crispy phyllo by @lilygbakes Ingredients: * 1-16 oz package phyllo (18 sheets). * 8 oz feta (slice lengthwise into long rectangles). * 8 oz butter (melted, you might have some leftover). * 1/3 cup fig preserves. * 3 tbsp chives (chopped). * 1/4 cup chopped pistachios. * Honey to taste (about 1/2-1 tbsp per bite). * Chipotle powder to taste (I did about 1 tsp). * Salt and pepper to taste. Directions: 1. Fold your filo in half lenghtwise and then cut. Roll the half back up in the plastic it comes in and store for later use. 2.
