series inspired by sci fi movies of the 60s and 70's modern take also inspired by comic book stoorytelling i wanted this character/alien to crash on earth in america specifically (bc thats what im familair with/ and images of these works often mix with americana) and how she/they deal with asimilating to american culturee just like how someone who isn't born here would have trouble moving here and feeling at home. ppl protesting their presence scenes of longing for home mixing american life wiwth their "alien" life a metaphor for how it feels groowing up with a mixture f cultures/ your family or yourself not being from america.
