What does it mean to live in the moment? Sounds lovely? Also vague. My favorite definition of living in the moment means to be where your feet are. So often when we're going about our day, our brains are so far away. We could be thinking about something that happened yesterday, something that could happen five years from now, all the things that we need to do in the future... It's so rare for our brains to be where our feet are. Meaning, we are in our body -- we are experiencing the present moment as it's happening. So I like to think of that definition and bring myself back into my body to really be in the Moment.
