The best position is… The one that you move in and out of ☝🏽 There’s no perfect posture. There’s no perfect positioning for your knee 👀 But there is one thing that can help reduce stiffness and reduce pain- movement 🙌🏼 Movement doesn’t always have to mean getting up from your chair, couch, etc. you can simply just change the position of your knee in a seated or even laying down position 👍🏽 Simply straightening your knee out, kicking your foot out, bending and straightening your knee- all great examples of how you can keep your joints moving in a seated position 🪑 Be aware of the positions your knee is in today. Same can apply for the hip and even lower back 🙌🏼 Try to change up your positions every 20-30 minutes if possible 🦵🏽 You may be surprised how it feels ♥️ If y
