Do you dread the stairs? Do you find it difficult to climb stairs, especially going up one foot after the other? Stairs can be tricky, especially with osteoarthritis in the hip, knee, ankle or back. Whether you are lacking mobility, confidence and/or strength- this movement may be helpful! β I love love love this step stool because you can use it for a few different things. The link is in my profile for it ππΌ It can be a great way to make the steps less daunting and reduce step height so you can start practicing going up the first step one after the other β Try a few repetitions first and make sure it feels okay. Practice leading with each leg π¦΅π½ Use the railing for support as needed β οΈ Once you begin to feel more confident and strong- you can try on the full step height.
