It CAN get easier ✅ Do you feel unsteady going down the stairs? Do you have to go down sideways or backwards? Do you hate having to go so slow? Does it cause you pain? If you answered yes to any of these questions- you’re likely missing one major thing ☝🏽 Are you able to sit down slowly in a chair? Or do you PLOP? 🫣 If you plop- control may be what you’re missing! You needs lots of control to be able to go down the stairs easily again and without pain ✅ This can be a great exercise to start working on to start gaining that control 👏🏼 Start with a higher surface and work your way down to a lower surface to make it more difficult 🙌🏼 Tackling stairs is possible!
