To make it: 6-8 frozen Puff pastry sheets, thawed 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup almond flakes For the whipped cream 1 cup thick cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 egg for brushing 2 cups strawberries, chopped Powdered sugar for dusting Method: Preheat oven to 380F Prepare an oven sheet with parchment paper Prep the whipped cream by adding the cream to a stand mixer and whisk until peaks are formed, add powdered sugar and whisk for not more than 1 minute, transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut puff pastry to square shaped pieces, brush melted butter then seal edges, brush whisked egg on top of each piece, sprinkle almond flakes then bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden. Ta
