This mixed media mosaic is my interpretation of the "Cellular landscape cross-section through a eukaryotic cell" by Evan Ingersoll and Gael McGill. All of my mosaics are designed and handcrafted by me. Each piece is uniquely one of a kind, requiring many hours of meticulous work. This piece is made with a combination of iridescent, translucent, transparent, textured, opaque and dichroic glass along with glass beads, colored wire. This piece uses a technique that involves hand cutting and fitting each piece of glass without using grout. This piece is ready to hang by eye hooks and frame wire
