Recipe -2tbsp butter -1tbsp flour -1 cup cream -1 1/2 cups of cheese (I used cheddar, Monterey Jack & havarti) -salt & pepper to taste - 1/4 tsp garlic powder -1/4 tsp smoked paprika -pinch of ground mustard & cayenne -chives topping -1 cup of pasta (I love cavatappi) Instructions 1. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a sauce pan melt butter, add flour and cook until golden brown. Pour in your cream, add all the seasoning and bring to simmer. 3. Take off heat and add the cheese - Mix 1 cup of cheese is melted. 4. Add the cooked pasta and mix making sure all the noodles are coated. 5. Spread evenly between 2 ramekins. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake at 375 F for about 15-20 minutes
