For those who can't face knitting something the size of an afghan, we have a large collection of cushion patterns. Tilting at Windmills is particularly good for using up oddments of yarn. It is knitted entirely in garter stitch so is very easy to make. The cushion in the photos was made with Aran yarn but any other yarns could be used.
