15min · 2 servings Ingredients: • 12 oysters on a half shell • ½ c ghee (melted) • 6 garlic cloves (finely minced) • 1 tbs Tony Chachere’s Pepper Sauce • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Spices & Herbs • ½ tsp Tony’s Supreme Seafood Boil Seasoning • ½ tsp oregano • ⅓ c parmesan cheese (grated) • ⅓ c Romano cheese (grated) 1 tbs Italian parsley (chopped) Directions: • In a small bowl combine ghee, garlic, pepper sauce, Worcestershire, Tony’s Spices & Herbs, Tony’s Supreme Seafood Boil, and oregano. Mix until combined and set aside. • In another bowl, combine the cheese and set aside. • Preheat your grill to 500 degrees. • Place the oysters on the grill and spoon a generous amount of butter over each. • Let the oysters cook for about 5 m
